RESCUE ON WORKSHOP
Sirens echoing. Teams responding. Step into an immersive hands-on workshop that brings the realities of emergency and trauma care to life. Designed to simulate real clinical situations, this session offers students practical exposure to the fast-paced environment of emergency medicine.
From airway management and Basic Life Support to trauma stabilization and essential emergency procedures, participants will learn important life-saving skills through interactive demonstrations and skill-based training.
The NELS Workshop includes five interactive stations focused on essential emergency and trauma care skills :

Participants will gain hands-on experience in :

Trauma response and patient stabilization

Splinting, casting, and basic fracture management

ICU basics and emergency monitoring, including ABG and electrolyte assessment

Management of Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPH)

Through guided demonstrations, live skill stations, and interactive clinical scenarios, the workshop aims to build confidence, improve teamwork, and prepare students to respond effectively in real-life medical emergencies.
